We have done this repeatedly across Banyule, Nillumbik and Darebin, so we know how each council assesses a demolition and rebuild, and where the overlays and established vegetation will shape what is possible. We work that out before you commit, not after.
You get a fixed-price contract before demolition begins. The number we agree is the number you pay at handover.
