Ryan Developments was founded in 2014 by Mat Ryan in Greensborough. The team grew up in Eltham and across the Diamond Valley. This is not a territory we moved into. It is where we are from.
That matters more than it might seem. When you build with us, you are working with people who have spent their lives in this corridor. We know the blocks, the soil, the conditions, the council requirements, the local trades. We understand why people choose these suburbs and what they are trying to build here. That understanding shapes every decision we make on a project.
We specialise in custom homes and knockdown rebuilds across Templestowe, Eltham, Greensborough, Montmorency, Lower Plenty, and the broader north-east. We work in a defined area deliberately. It is what allows us to maintain the quality and accountability that our clients expect.
We work with a small number of clients at a time. That is a choice. It means every project gets the attention it deserves, from the first conversation to handover.
In 2025, Mike Domajnko joined Ryan Developments as General Manager, bringing with him the Young Master Builder of the Year title and over a decade of hands-on residential construction experience. Mike oversees all active projects across the business — from contract administration and tendering through to trade coordination and site delivery. His focus on process, communication, and holding every build to the same standard has been central to Ryan Developments consistently delivering ahead of schedule and on budget.
