Heidelberg, Templestowe, Doncaster and the suburbs around them were built out through the sixties and seventies. The blocks are generous and well positioned. The houses on them were designed for a way of living that has moved on — closed-off kitchens, single bathrooms, living areas turned away from the north.
Rebuilding lets you keep the address and the land, and start the house again. We bring the same process east that we have run across the north-east for a decade: a real cost plan before you are asked to commit, a fixed-price contract, and one team from demolition through to handover.
