This knockdown rebuild in Dromana is a strong example of how Ryan Developments approaches full site transformation in the Mornington Peninsula coast. The existing dwelling was demolished and replaced with a new custom home, designed to respond to the site conditions and the client's brief. Hampton style home 1km from the beach. Double-storey dwelling.
