James is a Site Supervisor and Leading Hand Carpenter at Ryan Developments, managing trades, quality control and all carpentry aspects of the build. He takes pride in maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship while keeping projects moving efficiently and clients informed throughout the process. Outside of work, James enjoys family time, cricket, fishing and following the footy.

Chris is a Site Foreman at Ryan Developments, managing day-to-day site operations while also contributing hands-on across all aspects of carpentry. With over 18 years in the industry, he brings deep experience and practical problem solving to every project. Chris takes pride in identifying solutions others can’t and keeping builds moving forward. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and twin boys, with another child on the way.

Lachlan is a qualified carpenter at Ryan Developments with 12 years’ experience in the industry. He contributes across all aspects of carpentry and takes pride in being able to step onto any site and add value wherever needed. Lachlan believes the team culture and hands-on approach at Ryan Developments are what set the business apart. Outside of work, he enjoys catching up with family and friends.

Lucas is a Site Supervisor at Ryan Developments with 16 years’ experience in the industry. He manages the day-to-day running of site, coordinates trades and helps ensure each project is delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Lucas enjoys the detail involved in every build and values the Ryan Developments approach of keeping full-time carpenters on projects from start to finish. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his young family.

Mitchell is a qualified carpenter at Ryan Developments with six years’ experience in the industry. He works across a range of site tasks and takes particular pride in detailed internal work, from doors and fit-off through to external cladding. Mitchell values the high standards Ryan Developments brings to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys snowboarding, time on the boat and a cold beer.

Charlie is a qualified carpenter at Ryan Developments with more than four years’ experience in the industry. He plays a hands-on role on site, helping complete each stage of the build efficiently and to a high standard. Charlie particularly enjoys the fix stage, where the detail and finished result really come together. Outside of work, he enjoys watching the footy and catching up with mates.

Daniel is a Site Supervisor and Leading Hand Carpenter at Ryan Developments, overseeing trades, coordinating clients and helping keep projects running smoothly on site. With close to 20 years in the industry, he brings strong leadership, practical experience and a passion for problem solving to every build. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys golf, snowboarding and time on the lake.

Alex is a qualified carpenter at Ryan Developments with nearly five years’ experience in the industry. He enjoys the fix stage of a build, where attention to detail and finish make all the difference. Alex values the high standards across every Ryan Developments project and the pride the team takes in delivering quality work. Outside of work, he enjoys watching the footy on weekends.

Ryan is a Lead Carpenter and Site Supervisor at Ryan Developments with over 17 years of experience in the construction industry. He plays a key role in coordinating trades, overseeing site progress and ensuring each project is delivered to a high standard. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family, heading to the beach and going fishing.

James Kalkos is a second-year apprentice at Ryan Developments, helping set up sites, keep jobs running smoothly and support the team wherever needed. He started in construction through a pre-apprenticeship at school and has now been in the industry for three years. James Peter enjoys all aspects of building, particularly the fix stage where attention to detail matters most. Outside of work, he enjoys camping and fishing.

Campbell is a second-year apprentice at Ryan Developments, supporting the team across all stages of construction while building his skills on site. He first joined through work experience at school and has been in the industry for around 18 months. Campbell especially enjoys slab prep and framing, where you can see a home come to life quickly. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, wakeboarding and riding dirt bikes.
